EcoFlow power station bad warranty and reliability
I bought an EcoFlow Delta Max around 2 years ago and it had a 3 year warranty. It broke down completely so I contacted EcoFlow and to be fair their contact was prompt. However, even though it was still under warranty they offered me a partial refund of £199. I needed to package it up so it would not be damaged, so I assume they would repair it and provided a return label. When I finally managed to package it as they required and find a place to post it due to its weight, I then received the refund, which then reduced to £165. I queried this and was told that the VAT was taken out, which is not legal under UK consumer right laws as I paid VAT when I bought it. When I complained they stopped all contact with me. Citizens advice say as it’s an international company and not a UK company they can’t do anything. So all I can say is beware of this company as the warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on and the power station does not last long.
