Very Poor returns system ..they want u to give up!
What a carry on to try and return an item. I have spent hours! Live chat emails , backwards and forwards on the website. The clothes are OK,, but I will NEVER buy off them again as when you but online you need to feel confident you can send things back with ease and I have given up. My life can not be spent trying to return a shorts suit, only £12 or so but the stress......Just gonna put it in the bin and NEVER AGAIN. Customer beware!!!! Added later... see their resonse -see what i mean????- coincidence they finally sent me a returns form today!!
