Didriks has an excellent catalogue with very good price points for the high quality of merchandise they offer. They also have an active customer service department that provides status updates on your order. However, the rating of 4 stars I provided was due to lack of response from this very same customer service department when replying to their email. Additionally, Didriks proactively reached out and notified me that the item i ordered was on back-order and offered additional options, which i declined, but I was appreciative of the update. However, when the item was fulfilled, it lacked the gift wrapping i requested as well as the "Merry Christmas" greeting on a card they offered as part of the order. My order was merely delivered, albeit safely, wrapped without containing any acknowledgement from me as it should have been. In closing, I will say that I would certainly use patronize Didriks and order from them again without hesitation as their prices, quality and eventual delivery outweighed the service glitches which I attribute to normal holiday season challenges.
