There is no customer service to contact. Trying for over a week now to get a refund from a seller who has twice now not sent the correct amount of items I have paid for, contact from them is extremely limited & there is no actual customer service to contact as it’s constantly offline. I stupidly placed a third order before I received the other 2 so will probably go through the full long & time consuming process as I highly doubt this order with be correct. Buyer did say her would refund once I cancel the dispute, yeah that’s definitely not going to happen.
