Unfortunately my product was late…
Unfortunately my product was late because I didn’t realise it was coming from Ireland. When I contacted them by email they came straight back to me. Joanna, the lady that helped me, was brilliant. She reordered my products straight away and used express mail free of charge. The library bags arrived today and are lovely. I a, very pleased.
