My order BAL16766
My order BAL16766. They put the wrong size information to the item. They listed it in Italian sizing which was actually french. And they charged my card without confirming. Bank charged me 30 pounds exchange rate difference because of their mistake. The refund is 30 pounds less than i paid. I want the difference to be refunded. I have no fault in this tgis is completely your fault
