NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER!!!
I ordered from pinky paradise about a month ago and I noticed my order never arrived after a few weeks so I check the tracking and it states it was delivered in my mail box. I never received anything so I contact pinky paradise and they tell me to contact my post office. So I contact my post office and they told me they don't have my package there. Pinky paradise sent me a screen shot of my tracking info which didn't help the fact that I was charged for a product I never even received. Sucks cause I was excited about it but I never got to try it. I thought about accepting the loss of money and re-ordering but I'm afraid I wont receive anything again and it will be my money down the drain!! I wish this company was more helpful and customer service oriented because despite what the tracking info says, I never received anything.
