Naming and shaming website hosted by them - not even answering to queries, beware
Shinjiru won't contact me about a naming and shaming website that was set up using their services, no matter how I try to contact them and this way are supporting a criminal with their deeds. Obviously making sure innocent people are not thrashed all over the internet are not as important as making money from others and getting more subscribers.
When I finally managed to reach a representative on Skype their answer was: "we don't take down anyone website". When I continued to explain my case they became even more unprofessional stating the website is in a weird language (HU), they don't know the IP address so I should help them get it, they are only the registrar and they don't care - and after seeing my review here they even told me: "we dont reply becos of review".
So if you want to have your naming and shaming website hosted and registered by a completely irresponsible and unprofessional company, go ahead, you will have a great time as they won't help anyone complaining. If you are on the other side though, be prepared to the same responses.
