Some lead time, but very good quality !
We often leave reviews when something goes wrong. But this morning after quite some time I looked at my rug and how nice makes my living room and thought: these guys deserve a good one. I ordered a few months ago. The wait was on the longer side (around 2 months), but when the rug arrived I was very happy with the quality that is genuinely superior. It looks even better in person than in the photos. What also made me happy was the customer service. I had purchased about a month before Black Friday, and when the price dropped during the sale, the team refunded me immediately the difference when I prompted them on the matter. They didn’t have to do that, and that extra step was appreciated. If you can be patient with the lead time on some of their product this is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended.
