I wanted to order much more but it is so painful to make a exchange/return with you. You guys are tough and will never be like Amazon. Most of your off-shore suppliers are clueless on U.S. sizes and it is always a hit or miss - even with your size guide as it is a best guess on what country this item is coming from. I would order all the time from you if you made the return process easier. It is extremely tough and most time have to pass on something as the process is extremely lengthy going back and forth with you. Some of your U.S. consumers give up and just keep it and will never come back even though you finally share small discount on a future order. P.S. Well educated on customer service, procurement and off-shore manuafcturing if anyone wnated to hear more. Thanks you, Tim Sefchok from Pittsburgh PA
