Very poor customer service way below…
Very poor customer service way below average. I bought a scooter from them after using for 2/3 week front handle become very lose. I tried to tighten it but it didn’t work. There is bolt top of front wheel where I can’t reach to tighten it and I don’t know how to open it and put it back. So I emailed customer service they send me return label after posting week after I received. After opening I saw it’s not Been repaired. So I emailed saying it wasn’t repaired and they replied saying I just need an extra bolt and I can fix it myself. I said I can’t open it so they ask me to send it again. And I’m still waiting…….? If you buy cheap Chinese products you will gel worse customer service with it for free.
