Great customer service
I had an issue with my Rapid Radios service and reached out to customer support. The team followed up, took the time to address my concerns, and ultimately went above and beyond to make things right. I really appreciate a company that stands behind its customers when there’s an issue. The resolution was more than fair, and the way they handled it completely changed my experience.
