I ordered a translator December 4th 2025 Arrived did not work returned 8th December 2025 by registered post they claimed they had received it but tracking number stated DELIVERED Since the middle of December I have sent them an email every day and have received 22 e mails from them 4 of them asking for my bank details all of them apologised The support group must be overwhelmed as I received e mails from 4 different people one of them Sarah offered me a knife in compensation I can only assume this was designed to cut my thoat and disappear After 66days of continual complainig I have finally received a full refund A similar translator is available from a well known company T--U for less than 25 euro Moral of the story keep complaing eventually you will win
