Crap In A Box
I had the worst customer experience in my entire life with this company. They sent me dead/dying trees and I had to negotiate hard for close to 4 months just to get a partial resolution. They lied and denied to me over and over. Couple of points I garnered from my experience and communications with them. 1. They are not a nursery but a jobber that buys from undisclosed nurseries and lets the nursery ship out what ever crap they want in their Logoed Shipping Container. 2. The crap trees they replaced were replaced with more crap trees. 3. They have no real experience in horticulture; they are strictly marketers. 4. I replaced all three of the dead plants they sent me at a local big box store for less than what they reimbursed me for one dead plant. They are not unique in their product offerings and are way overpriced. 5. When you check out they automatically add products, services, etc. into your cart that you have to manually remove.
