Bad quality and service
Ordered some items of clothing that looked nice, but in reality the quality was very poor (fabric was so thin, it was see-through). One item didn't arrive at all because they didn't have it in stock. Return process was very slow. It took about 8 messages from me to get them to accept a return (for a partial refund). Won't use again. Edit: After this complained, their return process went a lot faster, so updating to 2 stars
