total newbie grateful for the support team :)
the UK2 tech team have never been anything less than helpful with me; today was a case in point when I was "chatting" with Owen R. I am unfamiliar with all the infrastructure of websites, domain names, hosting, and where wordpress fits into it [I am on a UK2.net package that uses WP] and I am sure privately he was sighing deeply! but he was nothing less than polite, helpful, friendly, and informative, all done with the patience of a saint.
