Website Error and ZERO customer service
When placing an order on their website after clicking SUBMIT on checkout I received an ERROR message that the order failed. I did NOT get an order confirmation, so I tried again. After 2 failed attempts I ordered on a different browser, Chrome, instead of Brave. This time, the third time I received an order confirmation on their website. Still not in my inbox. Suddenly, about 30 minutes later I received 3 order confirmation: ORDER # 4109231380 ORDER # 4109231431 ORDER # 4109231404 I tried to call their customer service phone - but is did not work. I texted to their customer support. They did not respond. So I emailed them immediately, requesting to cancel two of those orders. Instead, they charged me for all three orders - same pairs of shoes, same size. They ignored my email and 4 hours later they shipped those three orders out emailed me three tracking numbers. Now I need to wait till they are here before I can start a return and then wait for a refund. NEVER EVER AGAIN!
