Mistreated and sort of rude
Once they got you, your history. They want fresh meat. I went there for a look at a possible loan, and they put me in a room, and the person who talked to me, came off as he didn't care one bit about me. Made me wait in the room for at least 1/2 hour, without a word! I was told before I drove 1.5 hours that I already qualified, but when I got there, all of a sudden I did not. So I wasted 3 hours for nothing! These people are sharks. Don't use them.
