Appreciate the call in correcting my online order. I have had this door from hale 15 years. Need to replace flaps every 4 years or so, I have a tall large size. 2 dogs 85lbs. lab and 40lbs. Mix. Would of gave 5 stars, flaps have a very strong odor. It's been a week and can still smell odor, hope it dissipate soon!
