(worried customer purchase) I have ordered Led Globes in the past & experienced efficient service & fast postage. I decided to order two wrist watches 2018 with heart reading function. Months later my order was not received. I sent at least four messages. No response was received by the company until the last one. I was very worried & desperate for Tomtop to resolve my undelivered Items. Finally I received a response! I was refunded my money straight away. I may buy products from the store in the future. I'm reluctant to because of my experience with the lack of response from Tomtop customer service.
