Not refunding whole amount.
Orderd 6 items. 4 not ok. Other 2 poor quality but I guess ok. Refund process is stupid. They don't refund whole amount despite saying they have. Won't provide calculation of how they've come to refund amount. now just ignoring me. Definitely would not recommend.
