Poor customer service
So far, I am pleased with the product. However, buyers be warned. Their customer service is atrocious. On their web site they say that returns are effortless. Absolutely not true. I succeeded in returning an item but it took a large amount of time dealing with multiple customer service people who seemed unable to communicate effectively or indeed to even understand my emails. Once the item was returned successfully I had to enter into yet more ridiculous emails to chase my refund. My guess is that there is a possibility that they have been instructed to block returns. I also experienced poor customer service when I wanted to cancel a subscription. On the website it seems impossible to cancel a subscription. Poor responses from customer service.
