Emailed for a refund but only offered 10% gesture of goodwill. I’m £80 down with no item! Now being sent spam emails telling me what other goods I can buy for my pod that I don’t have!
Very good. Cleans my retainers better than the other retainer cleaner pods I’ve had in the past. Would definitely recommend the Zima pod to anyone who’s just recently got their retainers.
Zima Dental makes it easy to buy these items right from the source and still get fast shipping. In my opinion, they have the most innovative, simple, and attractive solutions for cleaning Invisalign and similar retainers/aligners. My most recent purchase was to upgrade my already excellent DentalPod to the DentalPod Pro version, which lived up to my expectations of a better clean. I end up with dark stains slowly developing on the last molars of my retainers, and the extra clean time and multiple vibration patterns of this version really help.

Very happy with this company's products. The dental pod gets daily use to keep my mouthguard clean. The tablets add significant cleaning power. After years of using other products that were only partially effective, I'm very happy with the change to the Zima Dental line of products. Highly recommend them
My orthodontist recommended this to get the weird white residue and horrifying smell off my retainers. I brush them every day, so I was surprised at the state of them. I used the pod and the tablets (and left them in the cleaning solution for an entire day on accident) and they are SO CLEAN NOW! And they don’t smell like anything!

Zima offered next day delivery. It was a lie. I placed an order and paid extra for next day delivery. The items haven’t arrived. Not the next day. Nor the day after. Nor the day after… Obviously Zima should refund the extra postage and in future, let customers know in advance it takes ages for an item to arrive even if they opt and pay for next day delivery.

Most Amazing cleaning product for the retainers! It’s so easy to use and it cleans it Amazingly and it comes out so well, like New. It was also posted very fast and came quickly and wrapped so well as well. I feel a lot cleaner and fresher with this, and it makes me feel really good. I’m really thankful for this product and for the lovely people who are always there for us incase we have any questions etc. Most lovely team of people and Incredible product!
