Effective cleaning, great customer service
I have two zima pods (one for myself and one for my daughter). Unfortunately one of them stopped working, but I was very pleased with the helpful and prompt customer service to replace it. We both love using them and they keep our dental appliances looking like new, even after a few years.

I’m very happy with my Dental Pod Pro! My previous one had a defect, but the customer service was amazing. They kindly sent me a brand-new replacement and even refunded my original purchase. I also really love the cleaning tablets for my aligners, they make cleaning them so easy and fresh! I’m very happy with both the product and the service and would definitely buy it again!

Not worth the money
I brought a pod , but it stopped working after a month, trying to talk to someone was impossible so emailed back and forth, eventually after waiting for a replacement I gave up and luckily I didn't throw the old one away because they wanted it back before refunding my money, they should have said at the beginning to send it back , as most people would throw it away if after six weeks the new one didn't arrive, when it was working it worked well but no better than a cheap one I got from Amazon whilst I was waiting for my Zimmer pod to arrive.

Great Customer Service
Even though the product we wanted was going to be delayed a little, Customer Service was right on top of things and kept us informed. We have several questions that were answered by real people - not some AI response. Product arrived a day or two earlier than projected.

Very pleased with the retainer cleaning tablets
I recently bought the Zima Dental tablets to clean my plastic retainers. My old tablets ran out and I wanted to try and find some that were cruelty free. My previous ones didn't specifically state they were so I could never be sure. After some research and checking out forums for opinions, these came out on top. It does state they're made in China which always makes me nervous on cruelty free items as I know their laws are different but the website says they are so I went with that. So far, they've been great, they've cleaned my retainers really well and don't leave a residue on them like some previous ones I've had. They smell minty too which is a first! It's also a small thing, but I really like how they're packaged and put into little trays individually so you can just grab one and not have to mess around tearing a section of six just to get one. Unfortunately I can't get a Dental cleaning pod yet as I'm on maternity leave so can't afford it, but hopefully I can get one in the future and try them together.
