I absolutely love my Zima Dental cleaner! I just drop it in with a little bit of water and a cleaning tablet. Turn it on and let it run it's course. Then it's minty clean!

This is a great device. Along with the tablets and cleaning cloths, the Pro keeps my night guard sparkling clean.
The best customer support
The best customer support. My unit was not functional. I sent them the video. They asked me to troubleshoot once and that’s it. I have been sent a new replacement unit within the warranty very prompt and cordial support. I have seen people write bad reviews on the customer support, but I don’t see how.
Zima products are first quality
Zima products are first quality. I love my Dental Pod, the Ultrasonic Boosting Tablets, the Oral Appliance Spray, and the Protective Cleaning Wipes. I’m also impressed with the UV Case, but unfortunately it doesn’t fit my oral appliance so I’ll have to gift it to someone.
Great retainer cleaning system
I really appreciate the daily cleaning tablets. They work well and love that I don’t have to think about ordering them as I am on auto re-order.

My retainer wasn’t very old but was definitely discolouring which I really didn’t like. After the first extended protocol I can see a difference already. Very pleased I bought the pod!

A compelling story about the product encouraged me to order one. Buying additional cleaning tablets was also very easy. The device is attractive, simple. Packaging was also attractive. I feel very good about using the device and improving the hygiene involved with Invisaligns!
My personal thoughts on the ZIMA pod.
I bought my ZIMA dental pod from my local orthodontic and it has been amazing at cleaning my retainers. It is always so nice to put them in after cleaning.
I love the Dental Pod cleaner
I love the Dental Pod cleaner. I was using retainer tablets in a little bowl and leaving them sit out all day. The Dental Pod is great. It is so easy to set up and use. My Invisalign now look as clean and clear as the day I got them. And, I love that they are in a cool closed container on my vanity.
Great Customer Service for a Great Device
The Zima Dental pod is a great device for keeping my mouth guard clean. When I recently made a mistake and duplicated my order for a three-monthly supply of the ultrasonic boosting tablets, the customer service was excellent. They replied to my email within 24 hours and fixed the problem right away. Two thumbs up!
I love my Dental Pod
I loved my Dental Pod for my retainers, so I ordered my son one for his. When the order didn’t arrive on the anticipated date, I sent an email to customer support. They responded within an hour (literally, an hour!), looked into the issue, and determined my order was lost in transit. They generated a new order at no cost to me and it arrived within 3 days. I ordered my son the Dental Pod Pro, which is a step up from my own and now I want one too. My son wasn’t willing to trade. Seriously, these Pods are awesome and definitely beat brushing your retainers.
