Hover is way above
I read some feedback about customer support and response time, I think Hover team takes the feedback seriously and does try to improve its operations. I got my X1 over a year and have had no issue with aerial photos and videos for hiking, bicycling (moderate speed). Recently, my X1 was misplaced (someone picked it up by accident), I reached out to Hover support team for help with locating and locking up the drone. After carefully confirming ownership, to my surprise the support staff (Iris) was able to lock and render my drone nonfunctional. It’s now unlocked and SW updated, operating flawlessly. The support and capabilities of Hover after-sale team provide confidence on Hover products. I’m looking at Pro or Pro Max next as we are doing more road cycling now (higher speed applications).
