Parcel got lost in transit but great customer service!!!
About the customer service and shipping Great customer service!!! It was my first time using Pinkyparadise so I was a bit apprehensive about buying from them. The 1st problem came up when their site kept crashing and I couldnt make an order the second one was having my parcel lost in transit in Malaysia it was stuck there for around 13 days... (Which was actually the Couriers fault) However after contacting Pinky Paradise they offered to send me a second package with express shipping(2-3)days. I however got it in 1 after reading their email!! +I also love that they have so many offers and also give samples to try out their new contacts ❤️ About the Contact lenses The brown contact lenses for coloured eyes look great and make my eyes pop. However the Geo green pair looks way too unrealistic and makes my naturally blue eyes look alien like as they turn super light/blue (however I'm sure it would look nicer on someone with brown eyes) PS:Keep in mind that the circle lenses can look unrealistic but it's a given
