Be careful when you see this site at the top of a search for train tickets
We travelled by train in Finland and booked tickets through the site. With hindsight we didn't do enough research in advance, The refundable business class tickets we booked were much cheaper had we booked on the Finnish Railways (VR) website. This only came to light when we needed to change the time of our train only to find that the refund of 80% of what we paid was considerably more than booking new tickets via VR the day before the date of travel. There was no phone number to call to assist in the refund process and we had difficulty working out how to get the refund but eventually managed it via the App. It is not unusual to see a lot of 1 star and 5 star reviews but my assessment is that several of the 5 star reviews look decidedly odd, giving a higher overall rating than I think is a fair reflection of the customer experience.
