Beware the misleading commitments from this company! We ordered rail tickets in Korea 4-5 weeks ahead. Rail Ninja kept us waiting until a few days before the departure date with AI chatbots telling us the tickets were "still processing". I tried to speak with a human agent and it took me over an hour without any real help except for vague comments about "it will be all right". In the end, there were no tickets and they refunded us the ticket price, but it was a huge waste of our time and effort, we were forced to make alternative travel arrangements at the last minute and it was was very stressful. This company makes false commitments and does not provide sufficient warning about the possibility that it will not be able to complete the order.
