Terrible quality hair.
I don’t know where to begin with this company. I also suspect that many of their five star reviews are not legitimate. You’ll notice, these mostly mention customer service rather than the actual product. Would you review and item of clothing and rave about the check out process, without mentioning the actual product you paid for? I’m sure they’ll make a note of that and change accordingly. I spent a lot of money ordering hair which is some of the worst I’ve ever used and not as described. It’s impossible to tell until you attempt to use it. I bought braiding, human hair which was advertised as 22 inches. When I washed it and attempted to use it at least 40% of the hair was just filler and around 6 inches, with the main part being so much shorter than advertised. I’ve braided my hair for over 35 years and this might be the worst ‘human hair., I’ve ever used. Not only was it short and desiccated, it shriveled in days and sheds, leaving even less hair in the braids, as I don’t braid the ends. Please, be very careful with this company. I will never buy from them again. To the company, please don’t send me a fake AI, generated, phony apology or offer anything. I’ve dealt with your customer service already and would rather take this review down than ever have to speak to anyone at your company again. They defended the short length in such a ridiculous way, it shocked me. I feel exploited and suspect others are, in making this junk hair. I would rather just throw the remainder away and cut my losses, despite spending a huge amount of money. Hair is extremely personal and I now almost feel that the hair is tainted because I feel utterly scammed. Never, ever again and they could have had my repeat custom indefinitely. Don’t trust them.
