This is not about DJI store, more about the availability of their accessories for products. The Pocket 2 is sold either stand alone or as a package with accessories. After purchasing the stand alone version I quickly realised that to get full benefit I would need the do it all handle. Thats where the problem starts. Although advertised it was not currently available anywhere in the uk except on pre order. After ordering and paying after 8 weeks these have still not arrived at suppliers in UK. While their products may be good, their customer support with availability of accessories is garbage. I am still awaiting the part with no idea when it will arrive. I will look elsewhere in future for my equipment
