Questionable business practice
My spectacle frame came badly slanted, I requested for an exchange for a brand new one. Seller shipped back the same spectacle after trying to adjust it. However, the temple remained slanted. When I contacted the seller again, he insisted it was a brand new. Dishonest business practice
