After many, I repeat many, emails claiming I got things wrong. I have paid all applicable fees trying to get my radios operating again to no avail. No offer to reimburse for down time. No offer to get these radios operating again. All I want from this company is to get my radios operating again. If not. Buy back these expensive radios, reimburse me my 80.00 yearly fee that I paid months ago. And the 50.00 dollar fee they charged just to tell me I didn't pay the annual fee. In which I was never, and I repeat never notified of until the radio stopped working. I have answered every email they have sent, and I received, and to claim I didn't get back with them is absolutely bullshit!t.
