Returns are a nightmare and a scam
I wanted to like OGL - the outfits look cute and comfortable online. The clothes are soft but the quality is poor. My first order had fit issues, so I tried to return. When you submit a return you have to wait 8-24 hours for someone to answer you about your return. They mention shipping back is expensive and would I like a gift card (for less than what I was trying to return) and to donate the clothes. I hate returning things so I took that. With the “credit” plus some extra money bc of course my credit wasn’t enough to buy an outfit, I ordered another set. When it came the two navy pieces (which I bought to go together) were completely different shades. When I wrote to return and waited the 12 hours for my email, they wrote that their policy is not to return things purchased with a gift card — so now I have even more clothes to donate and I’m out $300 altogether.
