When I discovered this, I contacted customer service and they told me I had used two different emails. I knew this was not the source of the problem due to purchase dates associated with my cc. I explained the issue again with even more data points and it was escalated to more senior representative named Bonnie. She offered me a very satisfactory solution and all was resolved quickly and easily. I would not hesitate to order from here again.

I've ordered several things from OGL. The built in bra on some of their tops is really comfortable and fits well. They worked with me on a couple things where I needed a bigger size and their customer service is exceptional. They are quick with responding and supporting what I needed.

I’ve purchased 6 pairs of pants, and three blouses. The quality is exceptional, I especially love the linen blend pants. I wash everything in linen bags and have had zero problems with the quality after many washes. OGL has become my business casual “uniform“ because it the clothing is so comfortable, almost like yoga pants but pretty and stylish. I hesitated to order because the store is all online. My first issue was size, when I received a blouse and it was smaller than I needed. When I reached out to make the return there was not problem, then I had a pair of pants that the zipper broke after a month I was given a store credit- they didn’t have anymore pants same style in my size. That being said they have great customer support.

The quality is absolutely delicious! There’s actual weight to the clothing while still being comfortable and breathable. I ended up having to ask for an exchange because the size I ordered was too large and they were very punctual in their response :). Very excited to wear the set out.

Update: It seems the OGL emails were going to my SPAM folder. The service manager reached out personally and offered a gift card for the value of the item I want to return, or a full refund, as long as I cover the cost of the return. Since I did like one of the items on my order, I'm willing to take a chance with the gift card. OGL tried to make things right and I appreciate that. I still wish returns and exchanges were simpler and free. I would be more likely to order additional items if that were the case. Original Review: Returns are complicated and customer service is nonexistent. I submitted a return request and was supposed to get an email with an authorization and further instructions on how to proceed, but I never did. I emailed the customer service department twice and have never heard back. I gave two stars because I liked one of the two items received.

Not only does OGL make great clothing but their customer service is outstanding. I don't often write reviews but I had to let other people know what a great company OGL is. It is never easy to buy clothing online but OGL makes it easy, The clothing is such good quality and I love the fact that most of their tops have built in bras and all their clothing is so soft and figuer flattering. Customer service and return policy is the most import issue when ordering online . OGL has one of the best return policy and customer service is top notch. They respond so quick and work with you to make sure your needs are met.

I care a lot about reducing exposure to environmental toxins in my daily life so I love that many of their clothes are oeko Tex certified! :) fabrics are strong and soft so I don’t worry about things ripping or snagging. Designs are thoughtful and flattering but I do find that some necklines are excessively modest and are actually not flattering on me. I love the idea of the built in bra but it works better in some pieces than others. Overall I have about 8 tops / dresses / skirts I’ve purchased over the years, so I am definitely a return customer and check back every few months for new designs.

This a terrific company. Their line of clothes are classic and hugely comfortable due to the structure and fabrics they use. I’ve bought several pieces from them - tops, bottoms and dresses - the items have all been super high quality. And returns have been really easy - everything you want in online shopping. I highly recommend trying their line - so far they are mostly true to size but there have been some items that are larger than the sizing described so check the other online reviews.

Bonnie did an excellent job turning my negative experience into an extremely positive one. My ordered was delayed and it wasn't clear where it was and then tracking stopped updating. It was frustrating. Bonnie assured me she would monitor it closely and she sure did. It finally arrived but the items weren't what I was looking for my work environment. We were able to figure out an arrangement that reduces environmental impact of returns and still allows me to order items that would meet my needs. I bought a cute two piece dress from OGL Move. It was ok quality but just didn't look great on me. I filled out an online return request at least 4 times and they still haven't gotten back to me. I've also made sure it's not going to my spam folder. Absolutely terrible customer service. Don't buy unless you're sure you will keep it.
OGL is a wonderful company. Their clothing is stylish, classic & comfortable! Every piece I get is my new favorite. The fabrics are so soft& pieces are made well. And their customer service is second to none! Highly recommend trying, you'll be hooked!
Excellent customer service! My original package was delayed for a long time and eventually seemed to be lost during shipping. Throughout the whole process, the OGL customer service team was incredibly helpful, responsive and kind. They kept me updated, contacted the logistics provider several times and quickly arranged a replacement shipment. In the end, my original package unexpectedly arrived as well. I contacted OGL to let them know, and they kindly told me I could keep the replacement package to avoid unnecessary return shipping. The clothes are amazing, the quality is great and they fit perfectly. But what impressed me the most was the outstanding customer service. A special thank you to Tanya, Michelle and Coco for their patience and support throughout the entire process. I would definitely order from OGL again!

I have only ordered one pair of trousers from OGL so far but they feel like such good quality and they are light weight, soft and comfortable. They are really flattering to and look exactly as they do in the pictures. I also know that my friends have had really great experiences with their clothes from OGL and have been very satisfied with the quality, fit and style of the pieces they bought. I also had an amazing experience with their customer service team who were very helpful, specifically Annie, who went above and beyond to help me and was really lovely throughout all of our emails.
