Complete turnaround of experience, thanks to Bonnie
Bonnie did an excellent job turning my negative experience into an extremely positive one. My ordered was delayed and it wasn't clear where it was and then tracking stopped updating. It was frustrating. Bonnie assured me she would monitor it closely and she sure did. It finally arrived but the items weren't what I was looking for my work environment. We were able to figure out an arrangement that reduces environmental impact of returns and still allows me to order items that would meet my needs.
