Out of pocket if you need to return/ their quality has nosedived!
This company may appear to be good value but if you need to return something you will be out of pocket! You need to pay around £8 for shipping fees PLUS a bit extra (£1.99) for insurance. I purchased some shoes and ended up paying £36 but only got a refund of £23! I returned the shoes as the quality had drastically reduced since the last pair I purchased - I even sent photos of the difference which was massive! Even though I would class them as ‘faulty’ I still had to fork out for the return. Never again, there must be better companies in the UK
