Early failure of low-quality shades. Non-responsive to warranty claims. Their website offered me the option of a warranty claim on a shade, but then the claim was denied. You are not saving money by purchasing these shoddy products. The response from the company is predictably ridiculous and completely unhelpful. The email invites you to get in touch to address the concern. When you submit the order number to the "ambassador," they say the warranty is declined but they will help you buy a new shade.
