I have shopped with Asda for years
I have shopped with Asda for years. I normally have a home delivery and the drivers are marvellous. I have reported missing items recently. No one cares, the store just sent me a text saying refund refused. So I contacted the head office customer services, again, they didn't even reply. Finally text Roger Burnley even he couldn't be bothered. They are missing out on a large weekly shop all because they couldn't be bothered. Why do they bother advertising for new customers when they cant look after the ones they have
