I really wanted to like this brand
I really wanted to like this brand, but the experience was rough from start to finish. The material of the items I received felt almost plastic-like and didn’t resemble the quality shown in the photos on their website. The sizing was also completely off, even though I followed their sizing chart carefully. When I reached out to request a return, I was initially offered $40 to keep everything — even though my order totaled $133. When I made it clear that I wanted to return the items for a full refund, they told me I would need to pay for return shipping myself. I don’t mind paying return shipping, but the whole process felt frustrating and far from transparent. Just sharing my experience so others know what to expect.
