I ordered four suits with one free. I recieved most of my order and I really loved them all. One suit was back ordered & they were very good at staying in contact with me. It really took a long time to where I began to think I was being a little scammed. They offered me a gift if I waited or a different suit. I chose to wait. Finally I got the suit with a gift of earrings that go very cute with the swim suit. I'll certainly order from them again.
I ordered 4 bathing suits and a dress. I received the first one in time for our beach trip, but the other items did come for a few weeks after. The quality of the bathing suits is okay, but the short sarong skirt for the blue and white one I received first is VERY cheaply made, I won't use it. The sarongs for the others were fine. The last three (and the dress) finally I received, 2 fit, but the third was too small in the bust and I'm only a 36B so that's frustrating. It was my favorite one I ordered so that's a bummer. It's the one piece turquoise blue with tropical print and matching sarong. I'll probably just give it to a friend if it'll fit her and call it a day, instead of paying to mail it back and all the hassle involved and not knowing if the large will fit. The deliveries took a long time.
I have been reaching out to Flaxmakerswim for a few weeks now. They give you 30 days to return items and then don’t respond to your emails. I have purchased from them several times and this is my first time returning. I purchased 5 bathing suits and 3 of them are too small. I wanted to return and re-purchase, but now with this poor customer service, I will just return them!!!!
The site is scam. I never received the items I paid for. Could never get in touch with tracking company. Now the company will Not answer emails.
My main problem with this company is the expensive shipping costs. I spent $20 to have a $35 bathing suit shipped to me only for it to not fit correctly and then have to spend another $11 to return it. If the bathing suit had fit me correctly, and I kept it, I wouldn’t have minded paying $55 for it (also came with a skirt), but since it did not fit, I lost half my money in shipping with no item. Also, I do not like how the bathing suits are cut in the bottom. They do not give good coverage to one’s backside. If you like showing your bottom then maybe it wouldn’t bother you, but I like to cover mine up. Anyway, I won’t be ordering from them again and, unless you’re sure that you’re going to keep the bathing suits, I recommend that you do not order from them either.
Order took too long and came in 2 separate orders. The quality was terrible only one suit that may work, and they got one of the orders wrong so still don't have what I actually ordered and paid for. Will never use again and don't recommend wish I'd not bought from this online store. Need a return slip!
Extremely poor quality, size inconsistent, 28$ refunds out of 173$. If you want to return you need to pay 95$ the shipping cost to china. Ordered 5 medium size swimsuits based on their size chart measurements. Only 4 suits were received. Of the 4 only 1 suit fit, the other 3 were made for a size XS person at best. One of the suits was not what I had ordered (wrong style, color, etc), another suit was burgundy in the photo but in person it was brown. The quality of fabric and stitching was very poor as if done in a first time sewing class and ready to fall apart. I wish I had read the reviews. This was a big mistake and loss of money. After reading that 82% of purchasers have had similar problems, no money returned, hassles in getting the correct items, and exorbitant fees for returns, it seems very clear their mistakes are not by accident - it’s intentional to get your money. Don’t lose your money with this very dishonest company. I’m going back to ROTITA bathing suits - I’ve ordered several in the past and their sizing, quality and pricing have been great.
Do NOT buy from this company. My experience was extremely disappointing. I paid $182.56 for an order under their “Buy 4, Pay for 3” promotion. They later informed me that one paid item was unavailable and refunded only $44.30. In the end, I received only two swimsuits—one paid item and the promotional free item. I never received the rest of the merchandise I paid for, and they have refused to issue the remaining refund. To make matters worse, the quality of the swimsuits I did receive was very poor. The material and workmanship were far below what was advertised, and they looked nothing like I expected for the price. I strongly recommend that anyone considering ordering from this company read the reviews carefully before purchasing. I certainly wish I had.
Their customer service is basically Non existent . I ordered a swimsuit set that I had trouble with . From their website it has all the ways to contact Customer service . So I tried email, WhatsApp & FB Messenger . Sent several messages to all 3 . Got NO response from any over a several week period.
I ordered three Flaxmaker swimsuits (all size M) based on the fit and body shape shown in their product images, but none of them fit in a way that is even close to the mock‑ups and photos on the site. For fitted products like swimwear, accurate sizing guidance and realistic imagery are critical, yet the burden of fitment risk and the full cost of international return shipping is placed entirely on the customer. For my order (USD 127, shipped to the UK), Flaxmaker offered either USD 60 in store credit or USD 24 cash compensation if I kept the items, and otherwise required me to pay for tracked return shipping to China, which is a substantial additional cost. I have proposed a higher store‑credit amount and shared detailed side‑by‑side images showing what the product mock‑ups depict versus how the swimsuits actually fit on a normal, representative body shape, so other customers can see the difference for themselves. The designs are visually appealing and the materials are not cheap‑looking, but until the brand either improves its fit guidance and imagery or shares more of the fitment risk with customers, buying from Flaxmaker remains a high‑risk proposition for anyone who cares about getting a reliable fit from online swimwear. Once Flaxmaker responds to my proposal and we see how they handle this situation, I will update this review to reflect whether they turned a disappointing first experience into a positive long‑term relationship.
I placed order already 7 days ago and it was still not even shipped . Really not acceptable, if they don’t have enough items they Shenoy advertise it . Very disappointing, and customer service is bad not helping.
Ordered two sets that came in a reasonable amount of time. A little flimsy, but that was to be expected at that price......but! one suit had a major manufacturing flaw and is unwearable. Weeks of emails back and forth and a dispute filed with Paypal resulted in Flaxmaker demanding I ship it back at an exorbitant shipping cost to me ($65.80 to mail a $63 suit). They steadfastly refused to send a return label, and changed their address during the dispute. The suit is so unwearable it can't even be donated. I'm also disappointed with Paypal. who sided with the disreputable seller rather than a long-time customer. I'll be using a regular cc in the future.
I purchased a swim suit and coverup which arrived very late. The suit did not fit as described and the material was not a good quality. Within four hours of initial wear the metal strap broke and the suit was never even wet or stressed from swimming. I really wanted to like this brand as the designs were really beautiful. I would not buy from them again.

Same as other reviews. Shipped one swimsuit which still hasn’t arrived. I’ve just been informed the other 2 swimsuits won’t be shipped until the end of the month. I have requested a refund. We’ll see how we go.
SAVE YOUR MONEY - DO NOT order from this company. One item still not arrived one month after they said it was due and 3 months after initial order. One swimsuit was made for someone with a very short body and a beach dress was disgusting cheap fabric. There is no way to return the awful items - they offer you a credit against future orderd - as if anyone would ever order from this company again. I have requested a full refund and will soon be placing my experience in the hands of lawyers.

Buyer beware. I ordered a swimsuit from Flexmaker Swim, and what I received looked nothing like the product online. The ruffles were oversized and sheer instead of structured, and the fit was extremely small. When I contacted customer service, they refused to offer a full refund. Instead, they offered only a partial refund (20–30%) or store credit, and required me to pay for international return shipping to China to receive a full refund — something that was not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. This was a frustrating and misleading experience, and I would not recommend purchasing from this company. Save your money.
The goods never arrived and when asked for a refund the communication stopped altogether.
