Inaccurate website, but good communication.
The website does not reflect the actual train routes and types of seats available, i.e. the website lets you book a train business class seats from Belfast to Dublin, but then lets you know that only economy class seats are available and the train is not direct so there will be one change required. I must say that the communication was quick and refund was provided promptly for the difference of fare, but certainly it was not an experience one would want to have while booking a family holiday.
