Exercise extreme caution with Delivery
Exercise extreme caution when dealing with this company and the information they provide, particularly regarding delivery timelines. Delivery deadlines are consistently altered after orders are placed. Customer service representatives have been unhelpful and rude. As a business owner who has previously purchased from them, I must express my disappointment. While their merchandise is of good quality for its price, their ability to communicate and adhere to set delivery dates is lacking. Despite my efforts to contact a customer service representative due to another change to the delivery date for over three weeks now, I have not received a response with details why. As a B2B member, this service has been the most unsatisfactory I have encountered. If you do not have a deadline to meet, then this company may be suitable for you. However, if you have a deadline, you should seek an attentive company or be prepared to add four additional weeks for delivery at a minimum. Update: Despite their response below, I have not received any further communication from the Customer Service department. The sofa has been delivered, but I have contacted them regarding two deliveries and have yet to receive a response regarding the refund process for one of the sofas. This has been the most unsatisfactory experience I have had with their service.
