Delivery delays and confusion
I'm waiting for my second pair of glasses from Smartbuyglasses. The first pair are great, very good quality, good communication. Very happy. But the second pair has real problems with their delivery, and communication. When I go to the delivery company, Aramex, it tells me it is has shipped from Singapore to Singapore, but it has taken two weeks and I have heard nothing. The Aramex site's contact form fails, and the phone gets no response. I go back to Smartbuyglasses customer help, two days, no response. Smartbuyglasses's site also hasa "For Computer" button. But there is no information on what this means. Does it add 1.50 to the lens power? Does it add the UV filter? I tried avoiding it, and simply asking for a second, more powerful prescription. But having two prescriptions on their files created a lot of confusion, and constant re-explaining, to two different help people. I like their site a lot, but I am trying elsewhere next time.
