Terrible customer service.
Tried to order contacts for an event. Sketchy payment system, got a fraud alert from my bank and had to approve the transaction. Then the item I order wasn't available, even though it didn't say "out of stock" online. Emails went to my junk email and when I responded, there was zero attempt to make the situation right. Will never order from this company again.
