Size does matter
These people are incredible! They set up their site in english, obviously geared to Europe and the US, but neglect to clearly state their particular sizing tables! HOW IN THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW ABOUT THE ALTERNATE SIZING!? I ONLY FOUND OUT BECAUSE OF THIS REVIEW SITE! I ordered a medium faux leather jacket that wasn't cheap and apparently should be an XXL! I ordered a Medium! No way it'll fit! Same goes for the tshirt I ordered! My jeans?! I don't even know by what sizing they'd go, but I'd be surprised if it or ANYTHING from my order arrived right! This is aggravating! What the hell kind of company are they running when undoubtedly most of their products they send are the WRONG SIZES!? I'd better get my order fixed, or my money back... Oh, and there's a button to "open a ticket" in customer service... IT DOESN'T EVEN DO ANYTHING! IT'S A FREAKING JPEG! FOR CHRIST'S SAKE! Jeez! UPDATE I got a deposit today on PayPal not knowing what it pertained to. Spent better part of the day checking my purchases for the prior week/month. Wasn't until now that i realized that the sum was exactly the amount of my rosegal purchase! Wow! I am amazed! Some of the clothing had arrived; small, as i expected, but, damn, i feel kinda bad for raising a stink in the first place. This is the definition of good service in the face of beligerance. My own beligerant face. So, at the risk of sounding redundant... in my face. Thanks, rosegal customer service!
