EXTREMELY Disappointed!!
I ordered the GEO White contacts to wear on Halloween, and ordered them at the beginning of October, so I could 1) get them in time, 2) get them while they were in stock, and 3) have at least a week to practice with them since I don't wear contacts. They came in the appropriate amount of time as they said, but they arrived in a soft plastic package. The package was torn on the outside, and when I opened them up, the vials were COMPLETELY shattered to dust. I cut myself on the glass and I couldn't even find my contacts within the glass shards. I also did not even receive the contact case that were supposed to come with them (not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things, but it is an additional issue). When I filed a complaint with the company, my options were to exchange them (I threw them out because how could I ship back glass dust?), return them (again, same issue), or cancel my order. They are also now out of stock of my lenses, and if they DID resend me a pair if I were to order another pair, they would be shipped using the same shipping method as before, meaning way past Halloween. I had heard great reviews about this company so I was SO excited, but now I am extremely disappointed and angry that my costume is ruined.
