DJI thinks that im stupid
DJI thinks that im stupid. I Had to pay in DJI CARE REFRESH 98€ plus taxes 21% for a drone replacement. I told them that i have a European vat number so i dont have to pay the taxes so they sais ok and send me an invoice of 119€. If i don´t have to pay the taxes in the first invoice why do i have to pay them in the second? It doenst make any sense. Or they may think im stupid!
