Of three products I have received from this company - 2 have been faulty. A briefcase costing £800+ should not fail within 4 months! If it does I expect a quick response and within the 48 hours they stipulate on their website. This is nonsense - they rarely respond and when they do say they pass it onto another department - which does happen. Weeks in and I am no further forward and they are not responding to emails. I would avoid these like the plague they consider themselves a premium brand, their products and service are certainly not. Stick to Mont Blanc slightly more expensive but better quality - across the patch
