Having spent thousands and being a Diamond Plus member, i was so disappointed that after claiming a promotional £50 off for a flight this did not work when trying to use it in line with the promotions terms and conditions. It kept coming up with error when trying to redeem. I demonstrated the issue and sent over all the documents immediately but got very vague and incorrect response from their team and they did not honour the £50. There was no resolution. Trip.com used to be really good and had fantastic customer service but has had a huge decline. Very disappointed. (Case No. 10033679489)
